Blister pack (preparation)

What is a blister pack?

Blister packaging means packaging medication into sachets in accordance with a doctor and pharmacists agreed dosing schedule. Your medication will be divided up into the prescribed doses as instructed by your doctor under pharmaceutical supervision, then hygienically shrink-wrapped and the blister sachets will be labelled for you. Numerous controls are in place to ensure maximum safety.

For people who live at home:

We prepare your medication so that it is ready for you at the right time and can be taken safely without any effort. There is no need for any annoying presorting!

For home care service providers:

We can save you a lot of time and effort if we take over the job of sorting the medication with the automatic packaging machine. For example this means that we can take care of prescriptions in consultation with the home care service, we will prepare the medication packaging and deliver the whole week of medication for patients being looked after to you, the home care service provider. So, during the week it is just the medication for acute treatments that needs to be organised, and we would be happy to take care of this for you too.

For nursing homes:

As a pharmacy certified to ISO 9001 by TÜV Rheinland we would be happy to take care of machine packaging for you. You would no longer need to worry about provision and checking of medication at all, with proven higher safety. This means an improvement in quality and lower expenditure of time. Talk to us!
